  • We will submit our thoughts on what we have heard and how we believe we can help. We will include the time it takes to complete the scope of works and approximate costs relating to the proposal.

  • Client would review the proposal and agree any amendments needed and then agree sign off and any KPI’s required.

  • After sign off, a more detailed plan is agreed regarding what information is required and who needs to be involved in the activity.

  • Implementation and ongoing review meetings to ensure the clients objectives are being met providing you the opportunity to raise any questions along the way.

​​

  • We understand the need to be flexible so you can choose what level of engagement you want e.g. long term, medium term of short term.
